| Assembly
Assembly automation can accomplish the full range of assembly tasks found in modern manufacturing. At Crux Automation, our process toolkit includes all of the standard assembly processes, as well as the capability to develop new processes to meet your specific needs. Our assembly systems range in size from lean assembly stations, which combine manual loading with automatic processes, to fully automated assembly cells and lines. Fully automated systems incorporate a variety of capabilities, including part feeding, robotic pick-and-place, component joining, part marking and testing. Transfer formats include both rotary indexing systems, and multi-cell pallet transfer systems. |
Test & Inspection
Automated test and inspection tasks are frequently performed within a fully automated work cell. However, standalone test stations are also common. A standalone station might consist of a manually loaded automated test system, or an in-line station intended for integration into a larger assembly line. At Crux Automation, we have created test and inspection cells that perform a wide range of product and component verification tasks, as well as performance testing and gaging. |
